Pole Sport
It’s a form of physical activity and artistic expression that involves performing acrobatic and dance movements on a vertical pole. It combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and fitness, and requires significant strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Exotic Pole

Pole Conditioning
It’s a combination of exercises that helps you build muscles and achieve the strength needed to execute the movements with the necessary fluidity and solidity.
Flexibility
Flexibility exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body move and bend easier. These exercises help improve your health and mobility wich gives you more freedom of movement, prevent injuries,and contributes to achieving a better "line" or aesthetic appearance, especially in activities that emphasize graceful movements and postures like dance or gymnastics.
Floorwork & Fluidity
Floorwork dance is a dynamic and expressive form of movement where dancers use the floor to create powerful, fluid, and creative routines. Floorwork involves performing movements on and around the floor, such as rolling, sliding, and transitioning between different levels.
Tabata Workout
A form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that follows a specific structure: 20/30 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Tabata training can lead to improved fitness levels, increased insulin sensitivity, and enhanced cardiorespiratory endurance.
HIIT Workout
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) it's a way of training that combines quick, intense and explosive bursts of exercise, where you're working out as hard as you can, with short periods of recovery. Getting your heart rate up to a level you can't sustain for long, allows you to burn more fat in less time.

Kizomba LS
Like all forms of dance, Kizomba promotes physical activity.
Regular dancing improves cardiovascular health, flexibility, and overall fitness. Kizomba can also serve as an emotional outlet, reducing stress and anxiety.
Pole dancing is an inherently progressive discipline in terms of difficulty, beginning with basic movements and fundamental techniques, progressively progressing to more complex techniques requiring enhanced strength, flexibility, and coordination. Pole dancers build the physical conditioning necessary to perform more challenging movements, such as inversions and elaborate sequences. Therefore, our studio has developed an assessment methodology that requires the mandatory execution of certain spins and movements to progress to the next level. These requirements were created to ensure that students progress correctly and safely, acquiring the technique and conditioning necessary for the next level. It should be noted that students who are unable to perform the movements established in the list of mandatory movements for each level should remain at the current level until they acquire these movements.
