OUR HISTORY
Founded to be more than a Studio
Attitude Fit Nation is the result of a journey that began in 2013 and reached a milestone with the creation of Pole Fitness Moz between 2016 and 2019 — the first fully integrated pole dance studio in Mozambique.
Born from a dream that began years ago, fueled by a love for art and dance, and by the desire to create a welcoming, sisterly space where, together with our students, we can build a community of women who identify with and unite in a shared purpose, choosing to empower themselves through a fitness lifestyle where health and well-being becomes part of their everyday life. All this through pole dance and other integrated modalities, promoting a fresh wave of enthusiasm, energy, and positive change in society.
Attitude Fit Nation will always be a place of connection, and this vision has been deeply embedded from the very beginning by its founder and her professional journey.

MEET THE TEAM

Lethyzia Jimenez
Pole fitness instructor and founder
A jurist from the Dominican Republic, with more than 10 years of experience as a pole fitness instructor. She was the pioneer in introducing pole dance in Mozambique. Her pedagogical training and extensive expertise provide her with the essential foundation to teach using a structured and effective methodology, ensuring both technical precision and progressive learning. She also has a strong background in multiple dance disciplines, including ballet and hip hop, which enrich her teaching style, making her classes versatile, dynamic, and creative. Certifications: - Level 1 & 2 instructor; -level 3 & 4 instructor; -beginner Pole Foundations program.

Tatiana Olival
Fitness Instructor
A Portuguese fitness instructor since 2008, is specialized in Pump, Combat, Spinning, Tabata, and Personal Training. She brings a solid combination of expertise and professionalism to our studio. With her extensive background and technical knowledge, she develops safe and effective training programs that go beyond exercise, guiding participants towards lasting physical and mental well-being.

Ivete Muirula
Yoga instructor
I am Ivete Muirula, your Power Yoga instructor. I am 35 years old, Mozambican, and hold a degree in Educational Sciences. Yoga has transformed my life, and for the past five years I have dedicated myself to this practice because I believe in the power of movement and breath to reconnect us with our body and mind. Why Power Yoga? Power Yoga is more than a sequence of postures; it is a dynamic and invigorating practice that brings both physical and emotional benefits, especially for women. Physically, the classes help tone and strengthen the body, improve flexibility and balance, and support heart health. Emotionally, this style of yoga reduces stress and anxiety, promotes mental clarity, and enhances self-confidence and self-esteem. The synchronization of breath with movement calms the nervous system, while each posture you master reconnects you with your inner strength. Come discover your inner power. Silvia Sacur
Zumba fitness instructor
Sílvia Sacur is a Mozambican Latin dance performer. She began studying dance at the age of seven, starting with traditional Mozambican rhythms and contemporary ballet at the School of Arts, then known as “Casa Velha.” During her teenage years, she explored a wide range of styles, including rhythmic gymnastics, belly dance, samba, reggaeton, Brazilian funk, R&B, hip-hop, as well as Mozambican styles such as marrabenta and pandza. Over the years, her experience was further enriched by ballroom dancing, Argentine tango, salsa, and other Latin rhythms. She currently teaches Argentine tango and reggaeton and is one of the co-leaders of Movimento MozLatin, a dance project that celebrates Latin culture and fosters connections through dance across different countries and Mozambique.

Jessica Gonçalves
Dancer and Fitness Instructor
Dancer and Fitness Instructor in Mozambique with over ten years of experience. She has extensive knowledge in the field of dance, including both traditional and modern styles, as well as in sports and fitness disciplines such as Zumba, aerobics, step, spinning, pump, and personalized training. She has participated in various national and international dance trainings and performances.
